Fees

Our fee structures are flexible and adaptable as it is our priority to reduce costs for you. We believe a mutually agreed-upon fee structure, which may be hourly, flat-rate, or project-based ensures that Attorney receives the exact support needed. Prior to beginning any work, I will consult with Attorney to clearly define:

The nature and scope of the requested work;
Preferred communication and delivery methods;
Deadlines or case-sensitive timelines;

Options

Attorney may choose one of the following payment structures for services. The chosen option must be indicated below and may be changed at the beginning of any new billing cycle with written notice.

Option A – Flexible Weekly Hourly Rate
(Pay-As-You-Go)

Option B – Prepaid Weekly Block of Hours (Discounted Flat Fee)

Under this option, Paralegal’s hourly rate is determined based on the total number of hours worked per calendar week, billed in 0.1-hour increments, as follows:

Under this option, Attorney may pre-purchase a weekly block of hours for a discounted flat fee, as follows:

* If actual hours exceed a higher tier within a given week, the lower rate for that tier will apply retroactively to all hours worked during that week.

** Paralegal’s hourly rate will be reviewed on an annual basis and may be adjusted based upon prior years’ services and cost of living.

Conflicts of Interest

Attorney Outsource takes proactive steps to prevent conflicts of interest in compliance with Minnesota ethics standards. Prior to commencing any work, the complete names of all parties (and related parties and businesses) are obtained and cross-referenced against an index of previously assigned cases. Any conflicts of interest will be immediately disclosed to a potential hiring attorney.

Confidentiality

We understand that client confidential information is entrusted to us and ensuring secure communication and transmission of confidential data is prioritized. We use secure email services that provide end-to-end encryption and can be accessed by authorized individuals only, cybersecurity software to protect against malware, phishing attacks and other cyber threats and have clear and safe procedures for sharing and storing data.
